Most of our men’s suits at Calzado Luxe are machine-made to maintain consistency and precision. However, we do offer a handmade service option for those seeking an extra touch of craftsmanship. Additionally, all other luxury items in our collection are sourced from high-end suppliers and are handcrafted, guaranteeing the highest quality and attention to detail.
We offer customization options to ensure a perfect fit, tailored to your unique size and style preferences. We recommend using our detailed measuring chart to capture precise measurements for an ideal fit.
While our manufacturer strives to maintain consistent colors, please note that there may be slight variations in shades (either lighter or darker) from what is shown in the pictures. Any noticeable differences in shades will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Yes, shipping costs are included in the price of all items purchased on our site. We are pleased to offer free shipping on every order, ensuring a seamless experience without additional charges at checkout.
Yes, Calzado Luxe is able to deliver internationally. However, please be aware that our delivery fees for international orders will vary and will be invoiced separately. Additionally, each country has its own customs laws, and our delivery fee does not include any customs fees that may be levied by the customs department on your order.
We provide standard courier delivery, which takes 5-7 days for local orders and approximately two weeks for international orders. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us, as additional charges may apply.
If your product is readily available, shipment will take approximately 3-5 days. For orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Thursday, your item will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following day. Any orders made after 10:00 AM on Friday will be shipped on Monday. If stock items are not available, please allow for a waiting period of up to two weeks.
Calzado Luxe operates a non-refund policy on bespoke suits. Each suit is meticulously crafted to order, tailored precisely to the customer's specifications and measurements based on our comprehensive sizing chart. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to carefully review their measurements and preferences before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.
